Client Privacy
• We do not disclose names, addresses, or service details to anyone.
• Maids use code names or aliases and do not share personal contact info.
• Photos and videos during cleans are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved.
• Discreet payment and communication options are available.
• No social media tagging, reposts, or mentions without written permission.


Maid Boundaries & Conduct
• Maids do not engage in physical contact with clients.
• All services are performance-based cleaning services - lingerie or topless attire does not change professional expectations.
• Each maid is trained on safety, communication, and red flag protocols.
• Any inappropriate behavior results in immediate termination of the ses & and may be reported.

In-Home Safety
• Clients must maintain a safe, respectful, and drug-free environment.
• A quick pre-clean walkthrough is required to assess safety before each session.
• Maids check in and out discreetly with admin before and after cleans.
• We reserve the right to decline any session for any reason related to safety.

We understand life happens, and when things pop-up, you have to make changes. If you are positive about booking & would like to call in to reschedule for a future date, you can postpone your appointment up to 45 days from your initial appointment date up to two times at no extra cost to you. You can also do this from your personal account that you make on our website just click the link to sign up.

Please let us know, via text or email, at least 1 calendar day before your regularly scheduled appointment if rescheduling is something you wish to do.

Provide us a more convenient cleaning time for you in the future, and we will do our best to accommodate your future scheduling needs.

 

Any and all bookings cancelled after 48 hrs of booking incur a loss of 60%. Processing refunds takes 3-5 business days to return back to your card depending on who you bank with.
